ISSUE: Missing Plug In Error with Download All

The user tries to use the Download All feature and gets a message saying there is a missing plug in or that it is not enabled.

SOLUTION: Install Java

UPDATE: If your default web browser is Google Chrome (on both Mac and Windows) you don't need Java, you can install the free Multiple File Downloader

This feature relies on a Java applet running in your web browser.  You will need Java installed and enabled for web applets.

You can check if you have Java installed and enabled by going to www.java.com and clicking on "Do I Have Java" and then "Verify Java Version".

For security reasons you should run the latest version of Java, although this applet does not require you to do so.
