ISSUE: Recipient can stream but not download media

When the recipient opens the URL to access the web page they can stream but not download media files.

SOLUTION: Set the Download option on Settings page

There is a switch to set packages to either Stream Only or Download and Stream. when the sender sends. This is located at the bottom of the Settings Page on the client.  Note that this only affects media, non media files are always available to download.

To change it:

 
 

1.

Open the StudioCDN Client and click on the Gears Setting icon:

 

 

2.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page:

 

3.

Tick the option to "Allow recipients to download audio and video":

 

4.

Click on Done and send the package again (which will file match).  The recipient will now be able to download.
