ISSUE: Client hangs after Send

The user selects files and recipients and presses the green Send button.  The upload indicator opens but then the client hangs with no further response.  The green tick never appears:




SOLUTION: Ensure Login is set to Desktop

This can happen if the user has changed the default Authorization mode in the settings page.  Click on the Gear icon at the bottom of the client and ensure that Authorization is set to Desktop.  Organization should be set to msi:domain:umusic, as below:
